Contacting us
If you contact us via the contact form or email link, your own email program opens; no data is stored on this website or transmitted to third parties. We use the information from your email (name, email address, content) exclusively to process your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR) and do not pass it on without your consent.
4. Analytics and third-party tools
When you visit this website, your browsing behaviour may be statistically analysed. We use Leaflet mapping services to visualise project locations. When map data is loaded, providers such as OpenStreetMap may collect your IP address.
YouTube videos (privacy-enhanced mode)
A video is embedded on our site via the YouTube platform. The video is only loaded when you actively click the play area; no connection to YouTube is established beforehand. For playback we use the privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. YouTube may collect your IP address in the process. The legal basis is your consent given by clicking (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
5. Hosting by Mentortools (order processing)
For providing the online course and online community we use the course platform Mentortools (Mentortools AG, Switzerland).
- Purpose: provision of the course environment, video hosting and member administration.
- Data transmission: the data you provide during registration is stored on Mentortools' servers.
- Third-country transfer: Switzerland has an adequacy decision from the EU Commission, meaning its level of data protection is recognised as equivalent to that of the EU. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Mentortools to ensure the protection of your data.
